Will it tarnish?
Our pieces are finished in gold plating, gold-tone, silver-tone or oxidised over anti-tarnish metal. Keep them dry, away from perfume, and in their pouch between wears, and the finish keeps its shine.
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Delivery takes 2–5 working days in metro cities and 4–7 working days in tier 2, tier 3 and remote locations.
Is shipping free?
Prepaid orders from Rs.1,200 ship free across India. Below that, shipping is charged at checkout.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India and carries a Rs.99 fee. Under Rs.1,200, the Rs.99 shipping charge applies as well.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes, for a damaged piece, a wrong item or a size issue, reported within 7 days of delivery with the tags, packaging and an unboxing video. Pieces bought with the set discount (50 to 70% off) are final sale: no return or exchange. Full conditions are on the Refund Policy page.
How does the set discount work?
